Synopsis: "Copland" veteran Ray Liotta gets in deep as a law man addicted to gambling. Pressured to pay back his bookie, Liotta makes plans to rip off the local pimp and take care of his debt. His fellow officers oppose this idea for reasons other than morality. Unlike Liotta, many of them are on the take.
